Who has access to these settings?
Account owners
Compliance admins
You can adjust capture consent, capturing disclosure, and attestation settings in Jump to meet your firm’s compliance requirements.
To adjust these settings, go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Meeting data.
Web recorder audio alerts
Choose whether Jump plays audio alerts when someone starts or pauses a capture in the web browser, or when the capture needs attention, such as when no audio is coming through.
Turn on Allow audio alerts to play alerts, or leave it off to keep web browser captures silent.
Meeting capture consent
Choose how Jump confirms that participants agreed to be captured:
Automatic detection of verbal consent: Jump checks the transcript for a moment where the advisor got the client's consent.
Self Attestation - Confirm after: An approved user must confirm consent before anyone can open the meeting notes.
Automatic detection + Self Attestation: Jump checks the transcript for consent, and an approved user must still confirm consent before anyone can open the meeting notes.
Off: Jump doesn't check for or record consent.
To see whether Jump detected verbal consent in a meeting, open the meeting and select the Analytics tab.
Choosing who can attest
When you use Self Attestation - Confirm after or Automatic detection + Self Attestation, anyone with access to the meeting can attest by default. You can limit this to specific roles.
In the Meeting capture consent section, click the Who is allowed to attest dropdown.
Select one or more roles: Meeting owner, Meeting attendees, Team admins, or Shared users.
Click Save.
Users who aren't selected see the consent prompt but can't answer it. They also can't open the meeting or its notes until an approved user attests.
Note: Shared users are users who have the meeting shared with them. Changes to this setting are audit logged.
Sync confirmation / Attestation
You can require users to attest that they've reviewed outputs before they can:

Capturing disclosure
Plays when someone starts capturing on iOS, Android, or in the web browser.
In-person: Plays when someone starts capturing on iOS, Android, or Web Recorder.
Virtual: Plays when participants join a virtual meeting, such as Zoom or Teams.
Join My Call: Plays when the Join My Call notetaker joins a phone call.
In-person and virtual disclosures share one toggle, Enable audible capturing disclosure. Join My Call has its own toggle.
In-person
Go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Meeting data.
Scroll to Capturing disclosure and turn on Enable audible capturing disclosure.
Upload a file under Capturing disclosure cloud file to use your own disclosure. MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, and OGG files are accepted.
Click Save.
Virtual
Go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Meeting data.
Scroll to Capturing disclosure and turn on Enable audible capturing disclosure, if it isn't on already.
Upload an MP3 file under Virtual capturing disclosure cloud file to use your own disclosure.
Under Replay on participant join settings, choose when the disclosure replays as more participants join:
Leading: Plays immediately when the first participant joins.
Trailing: Waits an interval before replaying.
Click Save.
Join My Call
Jump provides a default disclosure that plays automatically when the Join My Call notetaker joins a phone call. Uploading your own file fully replaces the default.
Go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Meeting data.
Scroll to Capturing disclosure and turn on Enable Join My Call disclosure.
Play the Default disclosure to hear what callers will hear.
Upload an MP3 file under Join My Call disclosure cloud file to use your own disclosure instead.
Enter a number of seconds in Disclosure delay to wait before the disclosure plays. Leave it blank to use the default.
Turn on Play recording indication tone while notetaker is active to play a tone at a set interval during the call.
Click Save.
Tip: Use Disclosure delay to keep the Join My Call disclosure from playing before calls are merged.
Note: If you manage child accounts, every setting in this section has its own lock icon, including both disclosure toggles, each upload, and the recording indication tone. Locking a setting applies it to every child account and stops them from changing it. The Join My Call disclosure starts unlocked on every account.
Notes disclosure
Choose whether to include a disclosure on notes generated by Jump. End users of Jump cannot change or edit this disclosure. The disclosure will show up in the note as well as the CRM once the note is synced to the CRM. To turn Notes disclosure on:
Toggle on Enable notes disclosure.
Click Save.
Pre-meeting prep attestation
Turn this on to add an optional checkbox to the Pre-meeting prep readout so users can attest that they reviewed and used the prepared output. This does not gate any Pre-meeting prep features.
Enable PMP attestation: Show the attestation checkbox on Pre-meeting prep readouts.
Don't enable PMP Attestation: Hide the attestation checkbox on Pre-meeting Prep readouts.
Attestation message: Displayed next to the checkbox on the Pre-meeting Prep page. Your firm is responsible for this wording.
Both settings can be locked for child accounts.
Attestation report
If your account requires attestation for meeting notes or pre-meeting prep, you'll see the Attestation report tab under Profile & settings > Compliance > Attestation report.
For each meeting, the report shows who attested, what they attested to, and when. If Pre-meeting prep attestation is on, the report also includes a PMP column with a Pre-meeting prep line for each attestation.
To download the report, click Download CSV at the top right of the tab.
