Jump’s Pre-meeting prep template editor includes a Block Gallery: a browsable library of pre-built, source-specific AI instruction blocks across multiple integrations. Each card shows the block name, description, and required source chip. One click inserts the block into your template.

If you’re new to using Pre-meeting prep, <a href="https://help.jumpapp.com/en/articles/13146653-how-does-pre-meeting-prep-work-in-jump">read this article</a> to get started.

In Jump, navigate to Profile &amp; Settings &gt; User settings. ​

Click Templates, then click on the template you’d like to edit. ​

Click the green plus arrow to add a new instruction block. ​

In the gallery, select the Block template you’d like to add to your Pre-meeting prep template. ​

4. Select Block templates. ​
 
 
5. In the gallery, select the Block template you’d like to add to your Pre-meeting prep template. ​
