Confirm call recording access in Intulse (admins)
If your organization records calls (automatically or on-demand), Intulse controls who can view recorded calls per extension. Jump’s ability to pull recordings can depend on recording visibility and access.
In Intulse:
Navigate to Call Recordings Report (Call Recording Access).
Use the extension drop-down to choose the extension you want to manage.
For that extension, choose the appropriate permission option:
Recordings are only visible to Admins (default), or
Recordings are visible to Admins and selected security roles/users
Add or remove users/roles:
Add: click items in the Excluded Roles/Users list to move them to included.
Remove: click items in the Included Roles/Users list to exclude them.
Click Save Changes.
