What is the Google Drive integration?

Jump’s Google Drive integration allows users to push meeting notes as Jump PDFs directly to the correct Google Drive folder after a captured meeting.

This helps to streamline the post-meeting workflow, keeping advisors from needing to download Jump meeting notes as a PDF and re-upload them to the correct Google Drive folder each time.

How to integrate Jump with Google Drive

New users

  1. Create a Jump account at https://my.jumpapp.com/signup.

  2. While onboarding, choose Google Drive in the Document Management step and connect via OAuth.

Existing users

  1. Log into Jump at https://my.jumpapp.com/.

  2. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration.

  3. In the window that opens, click on the Document Management tab.

  4. Select the Google Drive tile and click Add integration to sign in via OAuth.

  5. Upon successful sign-in, you’ll be prompted in Jump to select the correct folder destination for synced meeting notes.

How to save a note to Google Drive

  1. Go to Meetings > AI-Processed.

  2. Select a captured meeting.

  3. Go to the Automations tab towards the right side of the screen.

  4. Click the tile that says Sync to Google Drive.

  5. The folder picker will show your default folder, if you’ve selected one. In this window, you can also search and select another folder destination if needed.

  6. Click Sync to send the PDF to Google Drive. If a file with the same name exists, you will see an error message in Jump. You’ll need to rename the new file or delete the current file from your Google Drive account to proceed with the sync.

Note: You can adjust the default file destination by going to Profile & settings > User settings > Automations > Do this…

Select the action with Google Drive as the destination.

In the panel that opens, click Change Folder to select a new default destination in your connected Google Drive account.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • What formats are supported?

Jump uploads a PDF of your meeting note.

  • Can I change the file name?

Jump uses the name of the meeting for the file name. If you need to edit the name of the file that gets synced to Google Drive, simply changed the title of the meeting.

  • Can I upload to multiple folders?

Not in v1. Upload one folder at a time.

  • Will Jump read files from Google Drive?

Not currently. A future version may use Google Drive documents as context for Pre‑Meeting Prep and AI Associate.
