Hubly Integration

Connect Jump with Hubly’s workflow engine so that advisors can kick off the right workflows directly from Jump follow-ups.

Who can integrate with Hubly?

  • Lite users

  • Full users

When a user connects Hubly to their Jump account, Jump will analyze captured meetings and recommend relevant Hubly workflows that can be kicked off directly from within Jump.

This integration allows advisors to seamlessly transition from meeting insights to workflow execution without switching between platforms.

Note: Jump only starts Hubly workflows. Creating individual tasks within existing Hubly workflows is not currently supported. All ongoing workflow management, task completion, and workflow edits still happen directly in Hubly.


How to integrate with Hubly

  1. Log in to Jump at https://my.jumpapp.com/.

  2. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration.

  3. Search for and select the Hubly tile.

  4. Click Add integration.

  5. You’ll be redirected to Hubly’s sign-in flow:

    • Log in with your Hubly credentials.

    • Review and approve the requested permissions so Jump can read clients and workflows and start workflows on your behalf.

  6. After you approve access in Hubly, you’ll be redirected back to Jump. You should now see Hubly listed under Active integrations.


How to kick off a Hubly integration from Jump

Setting up the Hubly automation (one time)

After integrating with Hubly, Jump will automatically create a “Kick-off Hubly Workflow” action.

To adjust which meetings this gets applied to and the Hubly workflows that can be recommended, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Automations > Do this…

  2. Click into the Kick-off Hubly Workflow action to open the editing window.

  3. In the new window that opens, select / deselect available Hubly workflows to determine which ones will be available for Jump to recommend and update after a meeting.

  4. Scroll down and use the Events this applies to field to select the meeting types for which Jump should recommend Hubly workflows.

  5. Click Save and close to confirm your selections.

Using the Hubly automation

After capturing a meeting with Jump, follow these steps to kick off a Hubly workflow:

  1. Go to Meetings > AI-processed.

  2. Select the captured meeting.

  3. Navigate to the Automations panel on the right side of the meeting page.

  4. Locate and click on the Kick-off Hubly Workflow automation tile.

  5. In the panel that opens, use the dropdown to select the relevant client. Jump will suggest kicking off certain workflows based on the meeting.

  6. Select your desired workflow(s) from the list of recommendations, then click Confirm.

  7. Click Sync to Hubly now to enroll the user in the chosen workflow in Hubly.

  8. From there, your team can manage individual tasks and steps inside Hubly as usual.

If a workflow you expect is not shown:

  • Check whether that workflow exists and is active in Hubly for the relevant client or workspace. After you confirm the workflow exists, refresh the meeting page in Jump and try again.

  • In some cases, only standard workflow templates might appear. Custom workflows may not be available.
