GoTo Connect Integration

Use the GoTo Connect integration to automatically bring recorded inbound and outbound phone calls into Jump so they are processed just like any other meeting.

Who can use this feature?

The GoTo Connect integration syncs recorded inbound and outbound phone calls made with GoTo Connect to Jump.

Calls that sync to Jump are processed like any other meeting, producing the applicable AI outputs like meeting notes, follow-up tasks, and recap emails.

Note: Only recorded calls are imported to Jump. If a call is not recorded in GoToConnect, it will not show up in Jump.


How to connect with GoTo Connect

Jump users will need to integrate GoTo Connect with their account, even if they’ve already been using GoTo Meeting with Jump for videoconferencing.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Jump account at https://my.jumpapp.com/login.

  2. Navigate to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > Active integrations.

  3. Locate the GoTo tile in the list of active integrations.

  4. Click the Settings button on the upper right corner of the tile.

  5. In the panel that opens, click Enable GoTo Connect.

  6. You will be prompted to enter your GoTo credentials. After successful authentication, GoTo Connect will be integrated with your Jump account.

Note: If you don’t see the option to integrate with GoTo Connect, have your account owner verify it’s selected as an allowed feature by going to Profile & settings > Compliance > Access restrictions > Allowed features.


How to use the GoTo Connect integration

Pre-meeting (one-time setup)

  • Confirm GoTo Connect call recording is enabled

    • In GoTo Connect, make sure call recording is turned on for the lines or users whose calls you want to see in Jump.

    • Only recorded calls can be imported into Jump.

During a meeting

  • Place or receive calls in GoTo Connect as usual

    • Continue using GoTo Connect for inbound and outbound calls.

    • Whenever a call is recorded, Jump will automatically ingest the call data and recording.

Post-meeting

  • View meeting notes

    • Navigate to Meetings > AI-Processed.

    • Select the desired meeting from the list.

    • Click on the Meeting notes tab to view AI-generated meeting notes.

  • Access automations

    • Navigate to the Automations panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

    • Use the provided automations for the specific meeting type.

Review analytics

  • Click on the Analytics tab to view talk time, keyword tracking, and sentiment analysis for the call.


Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Does this change how GoToMeeting works?

No. GoToMeeting behavior is unchanged and does not require authentication for this integration. The GoToConnect integration only affects recorded phone calls.

Why are some GoToConnect calls not showing up in Jump?

First, confirm that call recording is enabled in GoToConnect for the relevant lines or users. Only recorded calls are imported. If recording is on and calls still are not appearing, contact Jump support.

Can I limit which calls sync from GoToConnect?

Today, Jump ingests recorded calls from GoToConnect according to your account configuration.
