What is the Box integration?
Many advisors store critical artifacts in Box, including:
Meeting notes
Financial plans
Estate documents
Compliance files
Jump’s Box integration allows users to push a Jump PDF directly to the correct Box folder after a captured meeting.
This helps to streamline the post-meeting workflow, keeping advisors from needing to download Jump meeting notes as a PDF and re-upload them to the correct Box folder each time.

Upon successful sign-in, you’ll be prompted in Jump to select the correct folder destination for synced meeting notes.

If you can’t see the right folder, you might not have write access. You’ll need to contact your Box admin to get the correct permissions.
How to save a note to Box
Go to Meetings > AI-Processed.
Select a captured meeting.
Go to the Automations tab towards the right side of the screen.
Click the tile that says Sync to Box.
The folder picker will show your default folder, if you’ve selected one. In this window, you can also search and select another folder destination if needed.
Click Sync to send the PDF to Box.
Note: You can adjust the default file destination by going to Profile & settings > User settings > Automations > Do this…
Select the action with Box as the destination.
In the panel that opens, click Change Folder to select a new default destination in your connected Box account.
Note: If a file with the same name exists, you will see an error message in Jump. You’ll need to rename the new file or delete the current file from your Box account to proceed with the sync.
The file name is the meeting title. So, to rename the file, change the meeting title to something unique.
