Using the Asset-Map integration
Here’s how to send insights from Jump to Asset‑Map after a client meeting:
At my.jumpapp.com, go to Meetings > AI-Processed.
Select a past meeting and navigate to the Automations panel on the right-hand side.
Select the “Suggest AssetMap record updates” automation tile.
In the window that opens, select the appropriate Asset-Map household.
Review and confirm the suggested updates to household data based on what was discussed in the meeting.
Click “Update AssetMap” to sync the data to the household in Asset‑Map.
Note: For the best results, ensure the client’s Asset‑Map household aligns with the associated attendee on the captured Jump meeting. For instance, Jump can select the household automatically if the meeting attendee has the same email address as what’s listed for the Asset-Map household.
If Jump does not identify a match automatically, you can select the household manually during the review step.
