Your Mobile Assistant service will continue running normally for now, but the product will be retired on November 20, 2025. To continue capturing your meetings and transcribing notes, upgrade to your new Jump account before that date.

How to upgrade
Step 1: Activate your trial account
Go to https://my.jumpapp.com/login?other_options=true or click the link sent to your Jump email.
Enter the same email address you use for Mobile Assistant.
You’ll receive a login code in your email inbox — enter it on the next screen to login to your pre-created Jump account (no password required).
Step 2: Explore Jump
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll land in your new Jump dashboard — already configured with templates that match your existing Mobile Assistant workflows.
Your previous Mobile Assistant meeting transcripts will not be carried over to Jump, but you can download them from your Mobile Assistant account before November 20, 2025.
Within Jump, you’ll see:
Familiar meeting templates that mirror your prior dictation workflows
AI-powered summaries and categorization for new meetings going forward
Easy search and tagging to organize future meetings by client or topic

Step 3: Choose a subscription before November 20, 2025
We’ve already created Jump accounts for all active Mobile Assistant customers using your same email address and number of seats — no new setup required.
During or after your 30-day free trial, start your Jump subscription by going to Account settings > Subscriptions & users > Upgrade Now.
Select any Jump plan to maintain access after the Mobile Assistant sunset. If you have an active annual Mobile Assistant plan that extends beyond November 20, 2025, your credits (if eligible) will automatically reduce the amount due at checkout.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Will my Mobile Assistant service stop right away?
No. You can continue using Mobile Assistant until November 20, 2025, after which you must upgrade to Jump to continue using the service.
Do I need to create a password?
No. Jump uses secure, password-free authentication via magic link or SSO.
What happens to my existing notes and recordings?
We advise that you download your notes and transcripts form Mobile Assistant before the end of service on November 20, 2025.
What if I already paid for a Mobile Assistant annual plan?
Your promotional credits will be automatically applied to your Jump subscription at checkout.
