Who can use this feature?

  • Full users

  • Lite users

The Salesforce integration enables data sharing between Jump and Salesforce. This integration lets you:

  • Sync meeting notes to Salesforce records (Contacts, Accounts, and supported custom objects)

  • Create and sync tasks directly from Jump

  • Update fields on a Salesforce record

  • View Salesforce context in Pre-Meeting Prep

Connecting Salesforce with Jump eliminates duplicate data entry and keeps your CRM updated with recent client interactions.

How to integrate Salesforce with Jump

  1. Log in to my.jumpapp.com.

  2. Go to User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration.

  3. Click on the CRM tab, then find and click on the Salesforce tile.

  4. Click the Add integration button.

  5. Complete the Salesforce OAuth sign-in to give Jump access.

Setting up the Salesforce integration

After integrating your Salesforce account with Jump, you’ll be prompted with a question to help set up your automations based on your typical post-meeting workflows.

Make your selection and click continue to complete the set-up.

Note: Even if you don’t see your preferred option in this window, we recommend choosing the one that’s closest to what you’re looking for to ensure a Salesforce automation is set up on your profile. From there, you can make adjustments by going to User settings > Automations > Do this…

Using the Salesforce integration

Before a meeting

  1. Click on the Upcoming tab and click on the scheduled meeting.

  2. Go to the Pre-meeting prep tab to see notes prepared with Salesforce context.

  5. Below, in the Follow-up tasks section, click Sync to Salesforce to assign them and push to your CRM.

  6. Go into Salesforce to confirm the information has synced correctly.

Adjusting your automations

If you need to adjust existing Salesforce automations or add new ones, go to User settings > Automations and scroll down to the Do this… section.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Does Jump sync to Salesforce automatically without review?

No. Notes and field updates are human‑in‑the‑loop. You review in Jump, then choose what to sync.

Can I map custom fields?

Yes. Speak with the support team at [email protected] to enable mappings for required custom fields and templates.
