Why connect XLR8 to Jump?

Connecting Jump with XLR8 enables data flow between systems. This integration allows Jump to access and update contact information, account details, tasks, and other records in XLR8 to enhance meeting documentation and workflow automation.

How to connect Jump to XLR8

  1. In Jump, go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration > CRM.

  2. Select the XLR8 tile, then click Add integration.

  3. Sign in with your XLR8 credentials and authorize Jump.

  4. In the window that appears, configure what to sync: notes, tasks, and fields.


Using the XLR8 integration

Before a meeting

  1. Navigate to Meetings > Upcoming and select a scheduled meeting.

  2. Navigate to the Meeting prep tab to view the information Jump compiled using data from Practifi.

After a meeting

  1. In Jump, navigate to Meetings > AI Processed and select the meeting you wish to sync notes from.

  2. Open the meeting notes in the After the meeting panel.

  3. Use the provided automation options to sync the meeting note and update fields in XLR8.

  4. Click Sync to XLR8 to assign them to push the updates to your CRM.

Adjusting your automations

Full users can adjust the XLR8 automations at any time by going to Profile & settings > User settings > Automations and scrolling down to the Do this… section.
