Who is this feature for?

  • Lite users

Lite users can designate a specific Full user on their account to be the owner of any meetings the Lite user would otherwise own. This way, meeting ownership is always assigned to that Full user so their automations can be used to generate notes, tasks, and recap emails.

Note: If someone sets a meeting owner before a specific meeting begins, that explicit choice overrides this default ownership setting.

How Lite users can delegate meeting ownership

In Jump, Lite users can adjust this setting by navigating to User settings > Preferences > Lite seat preferences.

Toggle on Transfer meeting ownership and click into the text box to select a Full user from your account. The user you select will automatically become the owner of any meetings that would otherwise be assigned to you.

Click the green Save button before exiting.

If you have any questions about meeting ownership in Jump, reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
