Why connect Wealthbox to Jump?

Connecting Jump with Wealthbox enables seamless data sharing of important client information between the two platforms.

Jump pulls client information from Wealthbox to create pre-meeting prep notes, and lets you save notes, follow-up tasks, and workflows back to Wealthbox after a meeting.

Key capabilities

  • Generate pre‑meeting prep from Wealthbox records before client meetings

  • Sync AI‑captured notes to Wealthbox after a meeting

  • Create Wealthbox Tasks from action items discussed during meetings

  • Start a Wealthbox Workflow instead of a standalone task when appropriate

  • Update fields on a contact

Customization options

Fore more information on what’s available out of the box, see here: Redtail and Wealthbox CRM objects and fields available to use in Jump.

How to connect Jump to Wealthbox

  1. Log in to my.jumpapp.com and go to User settings > Integrations.

  2. Click on the green “+ Add an integration” button.

  3. Select the CRM tab and find and select the Wealthbox tile.

  4. Click on the green Add integration button.

  5. Sign in with your Wealthbox credentials and authorize Jump via OAuth.

  6. If your firm has multiple Wealthbox workspaces, confirm your default workspace is designated properly, as this is the one that Jump will access.

Note: If Jump is connecting to the wrong Wealthbox workspace, verify that your default workspace in Wealthbox is the one that you want Jump to connect to. Once set, the integration will sync to the correct workspace.

Using the Wealthbox integration

Before a meeting

  1. In Jump, open the Upcoming tab and select a scheduled meeting.

  2. Click on the Pre-meeting prep tab to review prep notes that Jump has assembled for the relevant Wealthbox Contact listed on the meeting.

After a meeting

  1. Click on the AI-processed tab and select the specific meeting.

  2. Go to the Meeting notes tab to review and edit the notes Jump took from the meeting.

  3. In the Automations panel on the right-hand side, choose what to sync to Wealthbox:

    1. Sync the meeting notes to a related Contact or Household in Wealthbox

    2. Create Wealthbox Tasks from action items, including assignee and due date

    3. Start a Wealthbox Workflow when a defined template fits the action

    4. Update fields on the Wealthbox Contact

Note: Automations to update fields on a contact in Wealthbox need to be set up manually in Jump. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to User settings > Automations > Do this... and add a new automation.

  2. Give the automation a descriptive name

  3. Select Type: Update existing CRM record

  4. Select Service: Wealthbox

  5. Select Record type: Contact

  6. Add Fields for each Wealthbox field you want to update

    1. Click into the Field Name and select the specific Wealthbox field you'd like to update

    2. Provide an instruction prompt for the AI system

    3. Select your desired Update type (default)

Adjusting your Wealthbox automations

Full users can adjust Wealthbox automations at any time by going to User settings > Automations. In the Do this… section, you can create and update existing automations to determine how notes, tasks, and workflows sync to Wealthbox.

For more information on this step, see: How to set up automations.
