What are unassigned seats?
Unassigned seats are seats you've paid for but haven't yet allocated to specific colleagues at your firm.
This means that if you have two unassigned seats on your account, you can add two new users at any time for no additional fee.
Where to find my unassigned seats?
Account owners can view their subscription details, including unassigned seats, by going to Profile & settings > Account settings > Subscriptions & users and looking for "Unassigned" users in the Users list.
Note: If you don’t see the Account settings tab, this means you’re not an Account owner. You’ll need to reach out to an owner on your account to add users to unassigned seats.
How to assign seats
If you have unassigned seats on your account, here's how to fill them with users from your firm:
Go to Account settings > Subscriptions & users.
In the Users list, locate the seats labeled as "Unassigned" with the seat type listed next to it (Lite or Full).
Click the Assign seat button on the right-hand side of the unassigned seat.
In the pop-up window, enter the new user's full name and email address.
If applicable, assign the user to an existing team using the dropdown menu.
Click the green "Send invite" button to complete the process.
The new user will receive a sign-in link at the email address you provided.

What if I can't access or make changes to the Subscriptions & users page?
If you don't have permission to make changes to the Subscriptions & users page, you'll need to contact your account owner or reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Will assigning a seat incur additional charges?
No, assigning unassigned seats does not incur additional charges as these seats have already been paid for in your subscription.
