You may notice that tasks synced to Redtail, by default, will appear on your Redtail calendar at a set time, rather than the all-day activities available at the top of a day on the calendar.

To change those tasks to be all-day automatically, do the following:

Go to User settings, then to the Automations tab.

Scroll down to the Do this... section and hover your cursor over the Generate Follow-Up Tasks action. This will reveal an edit button.

Click on the Edit button to open up the editing window.

In the bottom of the pop-up window that appears, select Add field.

In the new field box, click on AI-generated using template and change to Static.

To fill out the sections of the new field:

  • For the Type field, select "Activity."

  • For the Name field, select "All day."

  • For the Value field, select "on."

Then click the green Save and close button.

Now your tasks as all-day activities!
