Why connect AdvisorEngine to Jump?

Connecting AdvisorEngine with Jump integrates your CRM data directly into your existing Jump workflows. Streamline your workflows by automatically syncing Jump's AI-generated meeting summaries and follow-up tasks to AdvisorEngine, saving you valuable time and reducing manual data entry.

What you can do today

  • Connect to AdvisorEngine during sign‑up or under Settings → Integrations by entering your AdvisorEngine username and password.

  • Push Meeting Notes from Jump to AdvisorEngine after a meeting. You can review and edit the note, choose the correct contact, and sync it as an AdvisorEngine Note.

  • Push Tasks created by Jump's AI as AdvisorEngine Task objects with the appropriate status.

  • Pull Client Details for Pre‑Meeting Prep so you walk into every meeting fully prepared.

Customization options

Need something special? We can map additional fields or sync to a different object type in AdvisorEngine. Just let us know.

Setting up your Jump account with AdvisorEngine

Follow these steps to set up your Jump account and connect it with AdvisorEngine:

Are you a new user?

  1. Create a Jump account at https://my.jumpapp.com/signup.

  2. During onboarding, you’ll be asked to connect to a CRM. Select AdvisorEngine and log in with your AdvisorEngine credentials to complete the integration.

Are you an existing user?

  1. Log into Jump at https://my.jumpapp.com/.

  2. Go to User settings > Integrations > CRM Integrations.

  3. Find AdvisorEngine and click the Connect button. You’ll be prompted to log in with your AdvisorEngine credentials to complete the set-up.

After logging into AdvisorEngine from Jump (either as an existing or new Jump user)

  1. Once you log in, you will be prompted to select the following:

    • The action type that will be used when syncing tasks to AdvisorEngine

    • The workflow template that is used when syncing meeting notes to AdvisorEngine

  2. Once that is selected, you will set up your first automation! Choosing this will help Jump know where to send the Note after a meeting.

  3. When that’s finished, you can run your first meeting! After a meeting is processed by Jump, you will see an option on the righthand side of the screen to sync notes and tasks to AdvisorEngine.

Using the integration

Pushing meeting notes

  1. Open a completed meeting in Jump from the AI-processed tab.

  2. Review the meeting note and make any edits.

  3. Select the correct contact and click Sync to AdvisorEngine. The note appears in AdvisorEngine immediately.

    • You are able to select multiple contacts. The note should also appear both under the contact and the household.

Pushing tasks

  1. On the meeting summary page, review the Jump-generated follow-up tasks.

  2. Select the tasks you want to keep, and adjust titles or dates if needed.

  3. Click Sync to AdvisorEngine.

    • We currently only support syncing tasks to one contact, but the synced task will also appear under the contact's household.

Pre‑meeting prep

Before a meeting, we automatically pull available AdvisorEngine data for a client combined with past Jump meeting data to create a pre‑meeting prep document to help you prepare.
