Who has access to customizations?

  • Full users

Default meeting types

Every time Jump processes a meeting, a meeting type is chosen. All new Jump users get the 5 standard meeting types:

  • Client Meeting

  • COI/Other

  • Dictation/Voice Memo

  • Discovery/Intro

  • Internal Meeting
    ​

Each meeting type has it's own note and email template tied to it. This is why your notes can look different, depending on the meeting type Jump initially selected.


Requesting customized templates

We suggest new users try out the default meeting types and their associated templates for a couple weeks. Then, once you've gotten some experience, ask yourself:

  • Am I making the same edits to the notes/recap emails for certain meeting types?

  • Do I need a new meeting type that uses a separate note or recap email template?

Once you've answered these questions and have a good idea of what you'd like to customize, fill out the customization form linked below.
