Who can access scorecard reports?

  • Account owners on Scale (legacy)

  • Account owners on Grow

  • Meeting owners within an account that has access to scorecards (when account owners have allowed access)

  • Insights admins

Jump’s scorecard reports feature lets you see an interactive summary of every meeting that’s been scored with a given scorecard template.

Using the report, you can:

  • Track overall score distribution across score ranges (e.g. 9–10, 8–9, etc.).

  • Spot trends over time for each category and your aggregate score.

  • Drill into individual meetings in a table, with every score broken out by category.

Accessing a Scorecard report

  1. In the Jump sidebar, navigate to Insights.

  2. Under Scorecards, find and click on the scorecard you want to analyze.

  3. You’ll be taken to the scorecard report for that template.

Note: If you're the owner of a meeting but not the account owner, you can still view a scorecard by navigating to Insights > Scorecards and clicking on your meeting.

Note: You can export the data from a Scorecard report by using the Download CSV button on the upper right corner of the

Report components

Once you open a scorecard report, you’ll see three main sections:

1. Score Distribution Range

A horizontal bar chart showing how many meetings fell into each numeric range (e.g., 9–10, 8–9, etc.). This helps you see at a glance whether most of your meetings are scoring high, middling, or need improvement.

2. Score Trends Over Time

A line chart plotting the average score for each category (Agenda, Portfolio, Relationships, Q&A) and the overall score, across configurable time intervals. Use this to:

  • Identify seasonality or month-to-month improvements

  • Compare how different categories evolve relative to each other

3. Meeting-Level Details

A table breaking down the details for each individual meeting, including the date it occurred and the scores achieved for each category.
