There are a few different ways to capture phone calls using Jump. Some users prefer to integrate Jump with popular VoIP services like RingCentral, while some like to use Jump's "Join My Call" feature to send the notetaker directly to their phone call and merge it in.

Jump doesn't natively integrate with Zoom Phone at this time, but if you're a Zoom Phone user, you can use Join My Call to capture a phone meeting that's occurring using the Zoom Phone feature in Zoom's mobile, desktop, or web app. Here's how to do it.

First, open up your Zoom app or navigate to Zoom's web app home page. You'll want to identify your Zoom Phone number. This can be found directly beneath the dialpad, labeled as "Caller ID." To find it in the mobile or desktop app, navigate to the Phone tab (at the bottom in the mobile app, or at the top in the desktop app). The desktop app should show the dialpad in the middle by default. In the mobile app, you can tap the dialpad icon in the upper left corner (see image).

If you want to use the Zoom web app, from the home page, look for the Web App dropdown in the upper right corner, then select Phone. From there, the dialpad should be visible (and your Caller ID number beneath it).

Once you know your Zoom Phone number, head back into Jump. You can either initiate a call with your client first, or you can have Jump call you first -- either way, the audio disclosure will play when Jump joins the call and when another user is merged in. Look for the green New Meeting button in the upper left of your Jump interface or the "+" icon in the upper right. Click one of those, and select "Join My Call" from the dropdown.

This should bring up a small window in the center of your screen. Enter your Zoom Phone number and press the green call button. You'll see the call incoming in whichever Zoom app you're using. If you already have a live call and you want to merge the call in, you'll first need to select "Hold & accept". Then, click the little Merge icon (indicated by the two arrows merged into one) and select "Add to the current call." When this is successful, you'll see the title of the call change to "Conference Call."

If you had Jump call your Zoom Phone first, just tap "Add Call" from the Zoom Phone screen and add in your client's phone number, then merge using the steps outlined above.
