To learn about how and why to connect your CRM to Jump, see here.

How to sync notes to your CRM

Once Jump generates a note, you can find it on the top-right of the Jump page for that meeting:

If you click on that button "Add Note to Redtail," "Add Note to Salesforce," etc., it will open a modal where you can select the relevant record to sync the note to (the contact, account, etc.).

You can then adjust or edit all of the fields on the note (due date, description, assignee).

What if I'm not seeing an option to sync to my CRM?

This probably means that you connected your CRM to Jump after you'd already gone through the onboarding process, and received your default note templates. Reach out to the Jump staff at [email protected] and we can adjust your automations so that your note can be synced to your CRM. You'll then need to reprocess the meeting to generate a new syncable-note.

What if I want to sync to a different object than the one Jump is presenting?

Here are the steps to adjust what object your note is syncing to:

  1. Go here (User settings -> Automations)

  2. Scroll down to the relevant action ("Add note to contact," say), and click on it

  3. Click next to the "Parent record types" field, and select the record type (or types) you'd like to have appear as options when you go to sync your note

You'll then need to reprocess your meeting for this to take effect.
