Send a notetaker from desktop

If you started a Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Google Meet meeting, and you don't see the notetaker show up, there's still hope!

You can send a notetaker manually by clicking on the green New Meeting button on the left-hand side in Jump.

Then, select Send notetaker to meeting.

From there, you just need to paste in the meeting URL.

You can find the URL in your calendar invite or in Zoom by clicking on the participants list, and selecting the option to invite other participants by sending a link.

Finally, click Send notetaker, and the notetaker should get there within 30 seconds (and usually much faster than that).

Note: If you're using Jump from inside the Zoom client, check out this article: How to send the notetaker right from my Zoom meeting.
