Why connect FMG to Jump?
This integration suggests branded, compliance-approved FMG articles that match what was discussed in the meeting, allowing you to review each suggestion and add it to your recap emails with one click.
After connecting, FMG-suggested content will be turned on for all your recap email automations except internal team meetings.
How to connect FMG to Jump
Navigate to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations in Jump.
Click + Add an Integration.
Find FMG under the Marketing category.
Click Add Integration.
Complete the integration by logging in with your FMG credentials in the window that appears.
Using the FMG integration
After a meeting
In Jump, navigate to Meetings > AI-Processed and select the meeting you wish to sync notes from.
Click the recap email icon in the After the meeting panel.
Review the suggested articles within the recap email. You can either click Use all or choose individually by clicking Use on the article you want to include.
If you'd like to search FMG for additional articles to include in the recap email, click Search FMG.
After entering your search, options will appear within the search window. Choose your desired article to add it to your recap email.
Once you've chosen all desired articles, click Open in Gmail.
Send your email as you normally would within Gmail.
