Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Does Account Opening with Schwab coincide with Schwab's Digital Onboarding workflow?

  • Yes, for the most part. By using this feature, you are creating Schwab Digital Account envelopes which get sent directly to the client from Schwab. However, Schwab's APIs don't have the full set of capabilities that is available within Schwab's platform natively (such as secondary forms). Support for secondary forms via Docusign will be available soon.

Does document intelligence pull line-by-line holdings from an account statement into eMoney, or just account-level info (type, title, value)?

  • Document Intelligence can extract line by line holdings; however, eMoney doesn't support pushing those holdings into their system. But most all other fact types with details (besides holdings) can be pushed to eMoney. New features to address this will be available soon.

Can Jump flag and reconcile discrepancies if two statements are uploaded for the same account?

  • Not yet, but that feature will be available soon. The current flow is linear, document-by-document review where users push updates to eMoney for the whole document and then move onto the next. If there is a discrepancy between the subsequent document and an earlier document whose data was pushed to eMoney then the user will be able to review the differences when processing the second document.
