Connect Holistiplan to Jump to include client tax planning data in your pre-meeting prep notes.

Who should connect to Holistiplan?

Integrating your Holistiplan account with Jump brings real‑time tax planning data into pre-meeting prep, so advisors can see tax return summaries, filing status, income breakdown, deductions, and more without running separate reports or leaving Jump.


What you can do today

  • Connect to Holistiplan during sign‑up or later under Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations using OAuth.

  • See Holistiplan context in pre-meeting prep for a Household that corresponds to an existing CRM Jump Contact.


How to integrate Jump with Holistiplan

Note: A Holistiplan firm admin must enable the Jump integration before individual users can connect.

1. In Holistiplan, go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Find the Jump tile and switch it to Enabled.

Once enabled, any advisor in the firm can complete the steps below to connect their account to Jump.

Follow these steps to set up your Jump account and connect it with Holistiplan:

Are you a new user?

  1. Create a Jump account at https://my.jumpapp.com/signup.

  2. While onboarding, choose Holistiplan during the Tax Integration step and connect via OAuth.

Are you an existing user?

  1. Log into Jump at https://my.jumpapp.com/.

  2. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration.

  3. In the window that opens, click on the Tax Integration tab.

  4. Select the Holistiplan tile and click Add integration to sign in via OAuth.


How to use the Holistiplan integration in pre-meeting prep

You can incorporate Holistiplan information into your pre-meeting prep notes with these steps:

  1. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Templates.

  2. Select your desired Meeting Prep template from the list.

  3. In the template editor, click on the Default Sources tile on the left and locate the Holistiplan field.

  4. Here, select the specific Holistiplan objects that you would like to make available to Jump for generating pre-meeting prep. (e.g., Household, Client, Tax Return).

  5. Within the meeting prep template, you can add an Instructions block that tells Jump what to do with the Holistiplan information.

  6. Use the Sources dropdown on the bottom left corner of the Instructions block to further specify the Holistiplan objects you'd like to be used in this block.

  7. Throughout the prep template, you can also use the "@" symbol to pull in specific variables from your connected Holistiplan account.

Note: For Holistiplan data to appear in the pre-meeting prep notes for a client, the Holistiplan Household where the data is stored must correspond to an existing Jump Contact from the users’s connected CRM.

If there’s no match, Jump does not link or import the Household to a Contact by default. You can select it manually in pre-meeting prep when needed.
