Before you start

To use this integration, you need:

  • Admin permissions within Black Diamond to authorize the OAuth connection

  • An active Black Diamond account

What the integration does

The Jump integration with Black Diamond brings data including Relationships, Accounts, Assets, Transactions directly into your Pre-Meeting Prep, allowing you to:

  • View account info

  • Automatically link Black Diamond clients to your Jump contacts

Connecting Black Diamond to Jump

  1. Navigate to Profile & Settings > User Settings > Integrations in Jump

  2. Click Add an Integration

  3. Find Black Diamond under the Portfolio Management category

  4. Click Add Integration

  5. You'll be redirected to Black Diamond to authorize the connection.

  6. Once authorized, Jump will automatically import your Black Diamond clients and link them to existing Jump contacts where email addresses match
