Who should use the Zapier integration?

  • Full users

  • Lite users who are Team admin

Connecting Jump to Zapier lets users set up automations that kick off certain actions in their other platforms. This integration helps you connect Jump to external tools, even if there is not a direct integration available.

It’s ideal for those who have a custom or bespoke CRM, but still want to create and use automations that will send data from Jump to those platforms.

What you can do today

  • Use Jump as a Zapier trigger source to kick off workflows in your other tools.

  • Send core Jump events to Zapier, such as when a meeting is processed or when prep, notes, or tasks are created.

How to integrate Jump with Zapier

Follow these steps to connect your Jump account with Zapier.

  1. Log into Jump at https://my.jumpapp.com/.

  2. Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration.

  3. Click or scroll to the Workflow Automation tab.

  4. Select the Zapier tile and click Add integration. You will finish setup on Zapier to authorize Jump as a trigger source.

Using the integration

Once connected, create Zaps in Zapier using Jump as the trigger app. You can select trigger events in Zapier:

  1. Meeting Processed: Triggers when a meeting is processed in Jump.

  2. Pre‑Meeting Prep Generated: Triggers when a new task is created in Jump.

  3. Task Created: Triggers when a new note is created in Jump.

  4. Note Created/Finalized: Triggers when pre-meeting prep is generated in Jump.

Common examples:

  • Send finalized notes to a Slack channel or to a documentation space.

  • Create Asana or Jira tasks automatically when Jump tasks are created.

  • Stream transcripts or prep summaries into Snowflake for analytics.

Notes and requirements:

  • This integration supports triggers (Jump → Zapier) only. Actions (Zapier → Jump) are not yet supported.

  • Using Zapier Filters in a Zap (for example, filtering by meeting type) requires a paid Zapier plan.
