  • All Full users

  • Lite users who are Team meeting admin

Jump provides clear, accurate status messages while your meetings are being processed so you always know what's happening with note generation.

This guide explains what each message means and how they relate to your meeting capture and notes.

"Notes will appear after the meeting is captured."

Jump hasn't captured the meeting yet. Once the meeting is captured, notes will begin generating automatically.

"Meeting captured - Notes will appear after processing completes."

Jump has captured the meeting and is generating notes now. Notes will appear on this page automatically once processing finishes. If your notes are taking longer than 15 minutes to process, reach out to our team via the support chat, or via email at [email protected].

"Meeting captured - Notes were not created. Edit the automation for meeting type [type], or reprocess as a different meeting type to generate notes."

Jump captured the meeting, but there isn't a note-creation automation set up for the detected meeting type. Update the automation for that meeting type in Profile & settings > User settings > Automations or reprocess the meeting using a type that has a note-creation automation. This is a common error for lite seat users who may be designated as the meeting owner. If you are a lite seat user seeing this error, assign ownership to a full user in order to process meeting notes.

"Meeting captured - Notes haven't been created yet. Set up an automation to generate notes from your meeting."

Jump captured the meeting, but no note-creation automations exist yet in the user's settings. Create an automation at Profile & settings > User settings > Automations to have notes generated. This is a common error for lite seat users who may be designated as the meeting owner. If you are a lite seat user seeing this error, assign ownership to a full user in order to process meeting notes.

"Meeting captured - We couldn't detect any words in this transcript!"

The Jump notetaker joined the meeting, but no audio was detected. So, there is no transcript or notes to generate.

"Notetaker unable to capture meeting - Your notetaker was removed from the call by the meeting host."

The notetaker wasn't admitted to the meeting by the host, so nothing was captured and notes couldn't be created.

"Content flagged - Your meeting was captured, but meeting content was flagged by our content moderation system. Notes were not created."

The meeting audio was flagged by the large language model's content moderation system, so notes were not generated.

If your account has recordings enabled, you can reach out to our product specialist team via the support chat or via email at [email protected] to ask for assistance in (1) removing the flagged content from the recording and then (2) reprocessing the meeting to produce notes.

"No notes were generated because you don't have an automation for notetaking. You can adjust your automations in User settings or change the owner of this meeting."

This message will appear to Lite users who are designated as a meeting owner. The meeting was captured, but Lite users do not have automations on their profiles. Reassign the meeting to a Full user on your account using the dropdown to enable note generation.
