Why connect eMoney to Jump?
eMoney is one of the most-used financial planning tools among advisors. By linking it to Jump, you can keep client plans updated automatically based on what was discussed in your meetings.
Jump suggests new or updated Incomes, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities, Priorities, and more for clients in eMoney, so your plan always reflects the latest information without extra data entry.
What you can do today
AI-Suggested Fact Updates. Jump analyzes conversational data and other available context to propose updates to a client's base Facts. Users can review, edit, and approve the suggestions directly within Jump.
"Ask Anything" Client Queries. Get instant answers from Jump about your clients' Facts and plan data (e.g. "Who is the beneficiary of Jill's 401k?").
eMoney Data in Pre-Meeting Prep. (coming soon) Key eMoney details are pulled into Jump's Pre-Meeting Prep to give advisors more accurate briefings.
Automated eMoney Fact-Finder Completion. (coming soon) Jump automatically maps conversation data to complete the eMoney Fact-Finder.
How to connect to eMoney
In Jump, open Settings → Integrations.
Scroll to Financial‑Planning Integrations and select eMoney.
If you are not seeing an eMoney integration option, reach out to [email protected] for support.
Click Connect. An eMoney login window will open.
Sign in with your eMoney credentials and grant Jump access.
When the window closes you will see a confirmation banner in Jump and the eMoney tile will show as Connected.
Important notes for SSO users
If your firm uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access eMoney, the integration experience depends on your firm's transition status to Okta (eMoney's authentication system).
For SSO Users with Completed Okta Transition: You can connect without entering credentials by:
First SSO into eMoney from your firm's platform
Open Jump in a separate tab
Enable the integration in Jump as usual
You'll be taken directly to the permissions screen without needing to enter credentials.
For SSO Users Without Completed Okta Transition: Your firm must complete eMoney's required Okta transition step before the integration will work seamlessly. Contact your IT team if you're experiencing issues.
Direct Logon Users: If you log in directly to eMoney with a username and password (not through SSO), this integration works normally and you can follow the standard connection steps above.
If you're unsure about your firm's status or are experiencing connection issues, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
