  • All Full users

  • All Lite users

Why connect SmartOffice to Jump?

SmartOffice is a CRM and agency-management system. Connecting it to Jump brings your SmartOffice data into the workflows you already use, while letting you push Jump AI-generated notes and tasks back to SmartOffice in seconds.

What you can do today

  • Push Meeting Notes from Jump to SmartOffice Contacts, Activities, Appointments, and more. You can review the note, choose the correct record, and sync it to SmartOffice.

  • Push Tasks created by Jump’s AI as SmartOffice To Do activities.

  • Pull Client Details for Pre-Meeting Prep so you walk into every meeting fully prepared.

  • Sync your SmartOffice calendar including Activities with the type Appointment, Meeting, or Call.

  • Click on the contacts tab to see past Jump meetings history and generate pre-meeting prep on demand.

Connecting Jump to SmartOffice

Ask your SmartOffice administrator to turn on the Jump license. If you are the SmartOffice administrator, do the following:

In SmartOffice, go to Setup → User Accounts.

  1. Open the User Rights link for your user.

  2. In the Licenses column, check Jump under Integrations.

  3. Press Menu → Save

Once the Jump license is turned on:

  1. Open Jump and go to Profile & settings > User Settings > Integrations > + Add an integration > CRM.

  2. Find and select the SmartOffice tile and click Add integration.

  3. Enter your SmartOffice Site Name, Office Name, and Username, then click Login.

  4. Enter the One-time password sent to your SmartOffice email address.

Troubleshooting tips:

  • Not seeing the OTP? Double check which email address is tied to your username in SmartOffice - "User Accounts" > "User's General Information" > "E-mail Address"

  • You can find the site name in the User Preferences area (see below)

Set up the SmartOffice automation

  1. In Jump, open Profile & settings > User Settings › Automations.

  2. Check whether a SmartOffice automation already exists.
