Why connect Advyzon to Jump?
Integrating Advyzon with Jump brings your CRM data into the workflows you already use in Jump. You can automate your workflow by pushing Jump AI‑generated meeting notes and tasks back to Advyzon.
What you can do today?
Connect to Advyzon during sign‑up or under Settings → Integrations by entering your Advyzon username and password.
Push Meeting Notes from Jump to Advyzon after each call. You can review and edit the note, choose the correct contact, and sync it as an Advyzon Note.
Push Tasks created by Jump’s AI as Advyzon Task objects with the appropriate status.
Pull Client Details for Pre‑Meeting Prep so you walk into every meeting fully prepared.
Customization options
Need something special? We can map additional fields or sync to a different object type in Advyzon. Just let us know.
How to request Advyzon API access
Before you can connect, Advyzon must enable API access for your firm. You (or your Advyzon admin) can request this in any of the following ways:
Contact Us form – Use the Contact Us option in Advyzon and mention you would like the Jump integration turned on.
Phone – Call Advyzon Support at (312) 585‑8393 and request that the Jump integration be enabled for your account.
Advyzon will confirm once API access is active. You can then complete the connection in Jump.
Enable the Jump integration inside Advyzon
Once API access is confirmed:
Go to User Settings → Partner Integrations in Advyzon.
Toggle on the Jump integration.
Enter your Jump username.
Toggle the additional setting labeled API.
After completing these steps in Advyzon, you will be able to connect Advyzon from Jump.
Connecting Jump to Advyzon
Open Jump → User Settings → Integrations.
Find the Advyzon tile and click Connect.
Enter your Advyzon username and password, then click Login.
Success! You will see a confirmation banner and can start using Advyzon data right away.
Troubleshooting tip: If authentication fails, double‑check that Advyzon has enabled API access for your account and retry.
Using the integration
Pushing Meeting Notes
Open a completed meeting in Jump.
Review the meeting note, make any edits.
Select the correct contact and click Sync to Advyzon. The note appears in Advyzon immediately.
You are able to select multiple contacts. The note should also appear both under the contact and the household.
Pushing Tasks
On the meeting summary page, review the Jump generated follow-up tasks.
Select the tasks you want to keep, adjust titles or dates if needed.
Click Push to Advyzon.
We currently only support syncing tasks to one contact, but the synced not should show up under the household in Advyzon as well.
Pre‑Meeting Prep
Before a meeting, we automatically pull available Advyzon data combined with past Jump meeting data to create a pre‑meeting prep document to help you prepare.
Current limitations
We want to be transparent about what the integration cannot do yet and why:
Task assignment to Advyzon users is not available. Advyzon’s current API does not expose a list of users, so Jump cannot yet attach tasks to specific Advyzon team members.
Pre‑Meeting Prep leans more on your past Jump meetings. Some Advyzon data endpoints we would love to use are still under development, but we supplement your prep with insights from your past Jump meetings with the client.
We are actively collaborating with the Advyzon team as their API evolves, and we will add new capabilities as soon as they become available.
